Book: No Ordinary Time by Doris Kearns Goodwin. The Pulitzer Prize bestselling book is an intriguing look at Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt during World War II.

With the deadline of his next book, "Good, Bad, Ugly: Pittsburgh Steelers" (which is due out in August 2008) behind him, Matt is getting into these:
Book: The River of Doubt by Candice Millard. The book is a captivating tale of Teddy Roosevelt's trip to the Amazon after he lost a bid for a third term in the White House.
Music: Matt's hooked on An Evening with John Denver and Pearl Jam's self-titled CD, well, Pearl Jam.
